No ferrous metal filtration

 

Manufactured from fiberglass fabrics with standards especially developed for filtration in adverse situations (primary, recycling, transference, opened molds, sands and others) allied to the special impregnation with resins that do not exhale gases, the Fibertex products for the segment of non ferrous metals filtration with low point of fusing can be supplied with ceramic or carbon treatments in several types of fabrics with different amounts of holes per square inch (holes/inch²) in order to adjust itself to the desired distribution of the metal flow.
Also bigger adequacy of this line of products, the same ones are supplied in the requested dimensions by the customer on the following forms:

  • Confectioned filters,
  • Plates and
  • Rolls.

 

 

The proportional advantages for the use of the Fibertex products on the non ferrous metal filtration are innumerable. We can emphasize the following ones: to retain solid particles, oxides, inhibiting the formation of these, preventing the turbulence and correcting the distribution of the metal so that the same one happens homogeneous and uniformly to prevent the formation of bubbles, porosity and imperfections in the wadding.
