Thermal and Acoustic isolation

The manufacture of materials that promote thermal and acoustic isolation is possible due to the particular properties of the used materials (aramid fiber, fiberglass, textured fiberglass and silica) and to its association with specific treatments.
Fibertex offers fabrics and varied treatments aiming the better adequacy in the final use.
The treatments can be with: silicone, silicone rubber, PTFE, aluminum, graphite, ceramic treatment, latex, etc, all with treatment UV, anti- flame and anti-tear that can be offered in the following colors: white, black, ash, brown, aluminum, red and others under consult.

Using these fabrics, the Fibertex produces thermal cushions; personalized curtains for ovens and weld rooms; thermal jackets for valves; thermal protection for hoses; flexible ducts; expansive and flexible junctions; huts for weld and other parts. These parts can be confectioned on the requested dimensions for the user and can be filled with thermal fibers in accordance with the requirements.
These materials also provide easiness to be sewn.

We also supply accessories for sewing and replacement as: plates type hook, plates type washer, steel yarn, inconel yarn and yarn for sewing.

For better illustration, we list below the types of products used for thermal and acoustic isolation and their respective temperatures of use, peak and point of softening.
